Hi, I’m Olivia Rehman, and event planning isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. Growing up, I was inspired by my mom’s gift for creating warm, elegant gatherings that brought people together in the most magical way. Those early moments sparked a passion in me that quickly grew into a lifelong love for celebrating life’s milestones with care and creativity.

To pair my passion with expertise, I pursued a Marketing degree at Bishop’s University, where I learned how to merge strategic thinking with the creative process. Later, I deepened my skills with a diploma in Event Management from Algonquin College, solidifying my commitment to planning events that leave a lasting impression.

From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, I’ve had the privilege of designing events that reflect the unique stories of my clients. My mission is simple yet meaningful—to handle every detail with heart and precision, so you can relax, soak in the moment, and create amazing memories.
